My friend Carol, whose 'Confessions of a First Time Foster Dog Mom' I posted last week, has decided with the help of her therapist, that she needs another Psychiatric Service Dog ... Carol is on SS disability, and doesn't have the funds to obtain a puppy and have it trained.
